Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We are confident about what we sell and we hope you will be pleased with your purchase. However, should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to provide a refund on a product provided it is returned to us within 14 days, in a fully resaleable condition. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, used or damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 50% of the original selling price from the refund amount as a re-stocking fee.
Returns should be made within 14 days and in original, sealed, undamaged packaging. If 14 days have past and we have not had contact from you, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
When sending the item back to us, please include a copy of your order in the parcel. Upon safe receipt a refund for the item will be made. Please allow a few days for the funds to be received back into your account.
We do not reimburse original / return postage costs. Until we receive the products you are returning, they are your responsibility. For your protection and peace of mind, we recommend you use a recorded delivery service.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@sacredremedy.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return postage costs will not be reimbursed unless you received an incorrect item, it is damaged or defective.
Please note: We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser of the product once it is received by us. Refunds can only be made via the original method of purchase.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please be aware that customers returning orders from outside of the UK and Ireland will be liable for any return postage costs. Original costs for shipping, duties or taxes are non-refundable.
Use your local Post Office to return items back to us at your cost. We recommend that you opt for extra compensation to ensure you are adequately covered in the unlikely event of your parcel going missing in transit.
For all return please make sure that you do the following:
Send them to us exactly as you received them in a new and unused condition within 14 days of reciept. If the product seal is broken (where applicable), or labels removed we will not be able to refund you.
If returning more than one order, please register each order individual and post back each order individually with the applicable returns label for each order attached to the relevant parcel.
For hygiene reasons we are unable to refund; pierced goods (earrings), face masks, knickers, hosiery, confectionary, consumable goods or cosmetics.
Please note this does not affect your statutory rights in respect of damaged or defective products.
Refunds can take up to 14 days to be processed from the day it is posted back to us. You will receive an email once your refund has been processed, please keep hold of you return tracking number until your refund has been confirmed.
Once processed, funds can take up 3-5 working days to show back on your original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within seven working days of returning your items, please contact us first to check they have been received back.
If they have and we've processed your refund, please contact your card issuing bank or company, but please bear in mind it may take some time before your refund is officially received back into your account.
