Processing Time: We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays).
Same-Day Goal: Orders placed before 1 PM (UK time) will usually be dispatched the same day, but this is not guaranteed.
Exceptions: Some products have extended handling times, as noted on the product's description page. These items will be dispatched within the stated timeframe (e.g., up to 7 business days).
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable) as soon as your order is dispatched.
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method selected. All shipping options and their exact costs will be displayed on the checkout page after you have entered your delivery address.
We reserve the right to upgrade your shipping method at our discretion (e.g., to a tracked or signed-for service) if the value or weight of the order requires it, at no extra cost to you.
Delivery Times: Delivery time estimates (e.g., "Royal Mail 24" or "Royal Mail 48") are provided by the carrier and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.
Missed Deliveries: If you are not available to receive your parcel, it is your responsibility to arrange a re-delivery or collection with the courier. If a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected or re-delivery was not arranged, you will be liable for the cost of re-shipping the item.
Delivery Times: International delivery times are estimates and can vary significantly from 5 to 25 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.
Delays: Once the parcel is passed to the carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. We are not responsible for carrier delays.
By placing an international order, you agree to the following terms:
You are the Importer: When ordering from us, you are considered the "importer of record" and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
Customs & Duties: Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and handling fees. These charges are your sole responsibility and must be paid by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We will not be responsible for any of these costs.
Unpaid Fees: If a parcel is returned to us because you refused to pay customs charges, we will refund your order minus the original shipping cost, the return shipping cost, and any fees or customs charges levied against us by the carrier.
Product Compliance: It is your responsibility to ensure that the products you are ordering are legal to import into your country. Our product labels comply with UK/EU regulations, which may differ from your country's laws.
Confiscation (No Refund): If your order is confiscated, destroyed, or returned by customs because the products are prohibited in your country or you lacked the necessary import permits, we will not issue a refund for the product or the shipping. Please check with your local customs office before ordering.
By placing an international order, you accept that you are shipping entirely at your own risk. We are not liable for packages lost, stolen, or confiscated by customs.
Your Address: You are responsible for providing a full and correct delivery address. If an order is lost or returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, you will not be refunded for the shipping costs and will be liable for any re-shipping fees.
Lost Parcels: An order is not considered "lost" until it has passed the carrier's designated time frame:
UK: 15 business days from the due date.
International: 25 business days from the due date.
Please contact us if your order has not arrived within these timeframes. We cannot process a claim or replacement before this period has passed.
