Third Eye Chakra Singing Bowl Set

Set Contents and Measurements: Includes 1x Indigo Coated Brass Singing Bowl (approx. 8cm diameter x 5cm height), 1x Solid Turned Hardwood Mallet (approx. 10cm to 12cm length), 1x Padded Indigo Ring Cushion, and 1x Matching Decorative Gift Box.

How to Make Your Bowl Sing (Rim Friction Technique): Rest the bowl flat upon the open palm of your non-dominant hand or place it firmly on the included ring cushion. Keep your fingers straight and flat away from the sides to avoid muffling the sound. Hold the wooden striker like a pen, tap the brass rim gently to awaken the initial chime, and immediately glide the bare wooden end around the outer rim in a steady, unbroken circle with firm, even pressure.

The Gong Chime Technique: For a fast mental reset, tap the outer edge of the bowl with the padded edge of the striker to release an immediate, clear acoustic tone that echoes through the room.

Third Eye Meditation and Ajna Ritual: Sit comfortably in a quiet space with the bowl in front of you. Strike the bowl, close your eyes, and focus your attention on the space between your eyebrows. Inhale deeply, visualising a swirling sphere of deep indigo light opening your inner perception, while affirming silently: "I see with clarity, wisdom, and truth."

Tarot, Oracle, and Journaling Prep: Ring the bowl once before shuffling cards or writing in your journal to clear mental chatter, ground your energy, and invite clear intuitive insights.

Bedtime Wind-Down and Dreamwork: Play the bowl for two minutes before going to sleep to calm racing thoughts from the workday and encourage deep, restorative dream states.

Desk Energy Reset: Keep the bowl on its cushion beside your monitor to break through afternoon mental fatigue and regain focused concentration during demanding work projects.

Crystal Cleansing and Amplification: Place your favourite intuitive crystals - such as Amethyst, Sodalite, or Lapis Lazuli - beside the singing bowl while playing to cleanse their energetic matrix with pure acoustic vibrations.

Acoustic Sensitivity: Singing bowls emit concentrated sound vibrations. If you have heightened sensory sensitivities, tinnitus, or wear hearing aids, begin with soft, gentle strikes.

Surface and Finish Protection: Protect the coated indigo finish by storing the bowl on its included fabric cushion. Dropping the bowl on hard tile or stone floors can chip the lacquer or dent the brass rim, altering its acoustic pitch.

Moisture Care: Keep your singing bowl and wooden striker dry. Never expose them to standing water or damp storage, which can tarnish the exposed brass rim or crack the wood mallet.

Cleaning Instructions: Wipe the bowl with a dry, clean, soft microfibre cloth to remove dust and fingerprints. Avoid chemical detergents, harsh abrasives, or alcohol-based sprays on the painted exterior.

Child and Pet Notice: This is a delicate spiritual acoustic instrument, not a toy. Store safely away from unsupervised pets and small children.
