Solar Plexus Chakra Singing Bowl Set

Physical Dimensions: Bowl measures approximately 8cm diameter x 5cm height. Striker measures approximately 10cm to 12cm in length.

How to Make Your Bowl Sing (The Friction Method): Rest the bowl flat on the open palm of your non-dominant hand without wrapping your fingers around the sides (fingers will absorb and dampen the vibrations). Hold the wooden striker firmly like a pen. Gently strike the side of the bowl to awaken the tone, then immediately glide the bare wooden surface smoothly around the outer rim in a steady, continuous circle. Keep firm, even pressure and maintain a relaxed, moderate speed until the bowl sings.

The Gong Strike Technique: For quick energetic resets or sound baths, simply tap the outer rim of the bowl with the padded side of the wooden striker to release a bright, clear chime that reverberates into the room.

Solar Plexus Confidence Ritual: Sit comfortably in a cross-legged position. Rest the singing bowl flat in your hand just above your navel. Strike the bowl, close your eyes, and visualize a radiant golden-yellow sun expanding outward from your core, filling you with warmth, courage, and motivation with every breath.

Desk and Focus Space Clearing: Keep this bowl on your home office desk. Strike it before tackling demanding business tasks or difficult emails to clear mental brain fog and lock in determined focus.

Meditation and Yoga Class Anchor: Use the clear ring of the brass bowl to signal the beginning or end of your breathwork sessions, silent meditation, or restorative yoga flows.

Space and Energy Cleansing: Walk slowly around the perimeter of your room while keeping the bowl singing to disperse stagnant energetic corners and elevate room vibrations.

Acoustic Notice: Sound therapy instruments emit focused acoustic frequencies. If you experience sensory sensitivity or wear hearing aids, start with gentle, quiet strikes.

Impact and Drop Warning: Solid brass is durable, but dropping the bowl onto hard stone or tile surfaces can warp the rim or alter its acoustic resonance. Always handle with mindful care.

Moisture and Oxidation Care: Keep your brass bowl dry. Direct contact with moisture, salt, or humid air can cause natural brass oxidation (patina or dulling).

Cleaning Instructions: Wipe the bowl with a dry, soft microfiber cloth after use. To restore its original mirror shine, gently polish with a standard brass cleaner or a mild paste of lemon juice and baking soda, then dry immediately and thoroughly.

Striker Care: Keep the wooden mallet dry and store away from extreme dampness to avoid wood splitting.

Singing Bowl: 100% Solid Acoustic Bell Brass Alloy (Handcrafted in India)

Striker Mallet: Solid turned natural hardwood stick
